Partners of the Association often act as coaches for personal development needs, the
solving of tricky problems in inter-personal relationships and during periods of change.
Besides this, we are often asked individually to become involved in executive coaching,
shadow consultation, and the coaching of professionals and managers.
We look upon coaching as starting and maintaining a professional relationship between two
people over a certain amount of time, aimed at the development of personal competencies
and qualities of the person being coached. This concerns the support, improvement and
stimulation in all manners of ways of personal development processes of the client in his or
her position within the context of their job (possibly in relation to his or her life).
