Characteristic of the way we work in the Association is that as consultants we are strongly
oriented in development and empowerment. This means: gaining insight into and the
acquirement of qualities that make it possible to have a tighter grip on one's own situation.
We feel it important to "get the job done" together with managers who internally are
responsible for the carrying through of processes of change and with both internal and
external colleague consultants. The basis of this is putting together efficient teams in which
each individual’s capacities are used to the utmost to contribute to the desired result and not
the selling of so many products or hours as possible to our clients. Our interventions often
take the form of creating a breakthrough.
